Congratulations to our own Brenda McCutcheon, sewing teacher and churchwarden at St Margaret's Scotswood, who has been recognised for her incredible work with her students making PPE for the NHS at the height of the pandemic, she even continued the work when in the hospital herself!
She is to be made a Medallist of the Order of the British Empire (BEM). Well done Brenda and your students for using your skills to help others!
